Why am I not seeing any prices?
There may be two reasons for this:
  1. You have not yet registered and therefore do not see any prices. Simply log in with your username and password. Then you will see the prices of our products as usual and can add them to your shopping cart.
  2. These are products that are not suitable for online sale. You can ask us for these products at any time and we will make you a written offer.
Which shipping methods are available?
All items are delivered by TNT or GLS.
  • Standard processing time within Germany: 1 business day
  • Standard processing time within the EU**: 2 - 3 business days
Orders that are placed before 3 pm are usually assembled and shipped on the same working day. Orders that are placed after 3 pm might only be dispatched on the following working day.
Consignment tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link via email.
How do I get a copy of my invoice?
All invoices will be deposited in your customer account. Simply click on the order you want to check and you will find order details and your invoice in PDF format.

In order to be able to place your order conveniently online, all you have to do is register with our online shop. Please use the registration from for this. If you are not already listed in our system as a customer, it may take a little time to process your registration. So we would ask you to be prepared to wait a while. Minimum order value
The minimum order value is 20 EUR. This is the lowest total value of goods that can be ordered at one time. Orders for a total value less than this amount cannot be accepted.
