Not suitable for sealing connections whose threads do not seal independently, such as cylindrical threads. Suitable sealing washers, sealing edge rings or O-rings should be used for sealing cylindrical threads. In connection with DVGW approval and special media, deviating temperature ranges are possible.

Description

HANSA-FLEX TFBAND is a DVGW-tested PTFE thread sealing tape, for fine and coarse threads for almost all media.

Application

Abdichten von »im Gewinde dichtenden Verbindungen« wie NPT-Gewinde nach ASME B 1.20.1 oder R-Gewinde nach ISO 7-1.
